clogged shower draindeceptive advertising
The 'classic double room' i got wasn't particularly excellent. the shower drain was clogged, so the water pooled around my ankles. also, the promised city view was mostly of a brick wall. Talk about deceptive advertising!

acceptable locationconstant disruption
the location was acceptable because it was close to transportation.
It did not reach the top floor. the noise from outside and the ac unit kept me awake at night. it's difficult to rest well with constant disruptions.

I found the room quite comfortable. the location was really convenient. I could easily reach many places. the breakfast was really good with different choices. the staff was always ready to assist and very kind.
and it only fits a few people. the parking was limited even though i could park every day. I had to pay for it.

the staff were helpful when i asked questions. the hotel has a nice location near shops. the room included comfortable beds and clean towels. breakfast had variety of options.
i had to wait a bit to use it with my luggage.
